L.I.F.T. Leadership Presentation

From peer pressure and bullying to self respect and leadership, L.I.F.T. is an ‘Edu-taining’ experience’ that helps youth create important foundations for success!

Hosted by award-winning motivational speaker, hip-hop artist, actor and University of Toronto Architectural graduate a.k.a. SUBLIMINAL, L.I.F.T. (Laying Important Foundations Together) is made up of two components; motivational talks and a series of incredible workshops ranging from beat-boxing to media literacy.  a.k.a. SUBLIMINAL was presented with the 2004 Ontario Councilor’s Association Certificate of Appreciation, the 2011 Scarborough Urban Hero Award, the 2012 was Medal of Appreciation from the United Nations Association of Canada, and recently received the 2014 Black Canadian Role Model Award.

SUBLIMINAL is ready to help elevate the students across the GTA and around the globe.  By using his background in the film/music industry, talents in rapping and beat-boxing and his degree in architecture, Subliminal knows how to engage the students in a variety of fun and interactive ways that the youth will find interesting and understand.  Whether speaking about peer pressure, leadership or respect, a.k.a. SUBLIMINAL’s message is always clear, encouraging students to set goals, embrace education, respect themselves and to reach for their personal best.
